Responsibilities of the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be at the frontline of driving new business for Dropt Solutions. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities from identifying and engaging potential clients, to closing deals and gathering market intelligence. You will leverage your skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building to bring our cutting-edge smart-locker solutions to various sectors, including retailers, residential and commercial buildings, healthcare networks, and schools. More specifically, you will engage in the following activities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients who would benefit from our smart-locker solutions.
Sales Presentations: Engage with prospective customers to present the value proposition of our products and services, tailored to their specific needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Negotiation: Work with potential clients to negotiate terms that meet both parties' objectives, ensuring a win-win situation.
Deal Closure: Seal the deal and onboard the client smoothly, ensuring a seamless transition to our product/services.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights and liaise with the product development team for continuous improvement.
Market Insight: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to better position us in the market.
Qualifications:

You will have the following:
Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the logistics or technology sector.
Demonstrated networking experience within sectors including residential, commercial, retail, education, and healthcare solutions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for innovation and technology.
Location:
This position is open to candidates across the United States. While you will be working from the comfort of your own home, this role is far from desk-bound. We expect our Account Executives to be in the field for the majority of their time, actively engaging with potential clients and closing deals.
Contract Type:
Please note that this position is not an employment opportunity but a contract for services as an independent contractor. The compensation for this role is 100% commission-based.
